- Any changes to your booking within the 7 days prior to your arrival will cancel the initial booking. The cancellation cost will be equivalent to the amount of the first night of your initial booking.

Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival date at the hotel.
- If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your arrival at the hotel you will be charged the amount of the first night of your booking.
No Show
- If you fail to show up at the hotel on the date confirmed in your booking you will be charged for the total amount of the booking you made.
Early Departure
- If you depart from the hotel before the end of your booking you will not be reimbursed for remaining nights.
Bank card payment
- You will be charged for the first night of your stay 7 days before your arrival date.
- You must pay the outstanding amount of your booking when you check-in at the hotel.
- At check-in you must use the same bank card that you used to make the initial booking.
Payment by bank transfer
- In payments by bank transfer, you must pay the total amount of the booking, at least 7 days prior to your arrival date at the hotel.
- You must state the guest's name, booking number and selected hotel in the bank transfer.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking after 2024-05-05T00:00 will have a penalty of 107.1

NO SHOW

MODIFICATION Any modification of your reservation will be considered, for all purposes, as a cancellation and you will have to make a new reservation.

In case of modification or cancellation of a reservation, you will be subject to a management charge of 15.00 euros per reservation.

TAXES.
The VAT is included in the price of the reservation. Any other rate or tax that may accure as a result of the accommodation will be paid in the corresponding establishment.
The Balearic Government, according to Law 2/2016 has established a tax tourist for stays in the Balearic Islands and measures promoting sustainable tourism gravel, valid from 1st July 2016, adults from 16 years on have to pay with a certain tax rate plus VAT per night and person, which must be made effective by the customer upon arrival at the hotel.
