GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS WITH INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP
All users must be of legal age (over 18 years of age) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on this website.
To make a reservation, you must register as a customer confirming the veracity of all the data entered. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation.
If any offer or rate has conditions other than those set out in these general conditions, those of such rate or offer shall prevail.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation fees for the reservation are the equivalent of the first night of stay.
NO SHOW
The hotel reserves the right to consider, for all purposes, your reservation as 'No show' if you arrive after 18. 00 hours and without prior notice to the hotel. This will result in the non-refund of the amount paid so far.
MODIFICATION Any modification of your reservation will be considered, for all purposes, as a cancellation and you will have to make a new reservation.
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation, must always be communicated in writing via e-mail to info@insotel.com
In case of modification or cancellation of a reservation, you will be subject to a management charge of 15.00 euros per reservation.
In the event that INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP (Grupo Empresas Alonso Marí S.A y Cala Mandía S.A.) communicates the cancellation or cancellation of reservations for reasons of force majeure, understanding for such those circumstances outside the person who invokes them, abnormal and unpredictable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite having acted with due diligence, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to claim or compensation. TAXES.
The VAT is included in the price of the reservation. Any other rate or tax that may accure as a result of the accommodation will be paid in the corresponding establishment.
The Balearic Government, according to Law 2/2016 has established a tax tourist for stays in the Balearic Islands and measures promoting sustainable tourism gravel, valid from 1st July 2016, adults from 16 years on have to pay with a certain tax rate plus VAT per night and person, which must be made effective by the customer upon arrival at the hotel.
